Our Process

Our goal is to help people as determined by HUD published standards, that

are low or very low income earners that cannot qualify to purchase a home and, in many

situations, cannot even afford a decent rental home at market rates to obtain affordable rental homes.

Our plan is to acquire reasonable, safe and sustainable housing units either through donations from property owners, direct purchase of distressed properties or from HUD and other agencies.

Ideally we aim to have residential real estate properties with good access to public transportation, plentiful of employment options and access to social services and support groups

There will be an application process and financial suitability testing for people that are interested in participating in the program to ensure they qualify.

We intend to rely and partner with the local housing authority, other approved 501c3 social service and housing organizations, Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDO) and HUD approved, 501c3 local housing counselling agencies to source and screen potential qualifying individuals/families.
